This information is maintained and updated throughout the duration of the investor relationship.

  • Contacting us via email, phone, or fax. If you choose to contact us through the email addresses available from the “Contact Us” page of our website or the email addresses of AIM Capital representatives firstname.lastname@aimcapital.fi, you will be giving us your email address and any other personal information that may be in your message or attached to it. The same is true if you call our office or send us a fax. Please note that phone conversations and messages with AIM Capital representatives may be recorded so that their contents can later be confirmed.

WHO WE SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH?

We share personal information with service providers and professional advisers that support our business operations, such as fund administrators, legal advisors and operational service providers.
